St Mark’s Conference: Witnessing Together

Everyone is invited to come to the St Mark’s Conference on Saturday 28 October 2023, 8:30am – 3:30pm. This is a day for everyone: all ages and all services to come together as one church family.

This year our theme is ‘Witnessing Together’. Witnessing to Jesus, and even being open with our faith, can feel intimidating, but we’re in this together and God is with us by his Spirit. God’s Mission in the world is to draw all people to know his saving grace, and he invites all of us – as individuals and as a church – to join with him to make the good news known.

The conference will feature three speakers. Michael Jensen will inform our minds, helping us to understand why witnessing is so important. Dr Ruth Lukabyo will inspire our hearts by taking us back to the Billy Graham crusades, when churches mobilised and cooperated together to share Christ. Max Jeganathan will help us incorporate witness into our lives, guiding us toward next steps in witnessing together in authentic ways. And of course, we’ll have a great time hearing testimonies, discussing and praying, and sharing some good food together. We hope to see you there.
