Rev Michael Figueira

Assistant Minister

Michael Figueira joined the team in 2021 having previously worked as a physiotherapist before studying at Moore College. His role involves having primary responsibility for the 5.30pm service, leading our church in outreach to the community, and looking after weddings and baptisms at St Mark’s. He is married to Louise and they have a delightful daughter. Michael loves to help others find and grow in their joy, hope and confidence in Jesus Christ, the saviour of the world. There are five things beginning with ‘F’ that he loves: Family, friends, food (especially pizza), football (soccer) and fish (he has a number of tropical fish as pets).
